The Beauty Academy was established in 1990 to provide high quality, short term, intensive beauty therapy training courses. Their Head Office is situated in the beautiful University City of Cambridge plus 9 other training centres located throughout England. With 18 tutors and 108 training courses it is understandable they needed to take control of Time Management and streamline their processes.
Angela York, the Business Administration Manager was looking for a solution offering simplicity and ease of use along with a secure service for the Beauty Academy across their ten sites.

The Beauty Academy was already familiar with outsourcing and states the benefits of outsourcing are mainly the usability of the system from anywhere and at any time, and the security aspect of data protection especially with Time Management and payroll.
The Solution enables the tutors to “clock” at the beginning and end of their courses in “real time” from their mobile phones, making it easy to calculate payroll across 10 sites.
