3 PREFACE 2020 had started extremely well for the ISGUS Group, with continous demand for our ZEUS® Workforce Ma- nagement solutions. Even at the peak of the pandemic, business was not totally interupted and has continued, with new projects being „kicked-off“ and current ones being completed. During the pandemic with its strong push towards digi- tization and hosted solutions, our decision to offer our ZEUS® solutions as Software-as-a-Service in our own data centre, has proven as one of our best decisions. In 2019, the employee head count in the ISGUS data- centre doubled, and the numbers will continue to grow further into the future. The benefits are evident and irrespective of how small or large an organisation is, ZEUS® SaaS will provide a quick and efficient profes- sional solution for Workforce Management, including monitoring of home office staff, or new absences such as Furlough Leave.
