In case of activation of the IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address is abridged by Google within the Member States of the European Union or in other contracting States of the agreement concerning the European Economic Area.

Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abridged there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of this website, compiling reports on website activities and providing other services related to website activities and internet usage for the website operators. The transmitted IP address from your browser will not be combined with other Google data within the scope of Google Analytics.

3)        Google AdWords Conversion Tracking

This website also uses Google Conversion Tracking. In this case, Google AdWords places a cookie on your computer if you reached our website through clicking on a Google ad. These cookies will expire after a 30-day period and are not used to identify our visitors. Whenever a user visits specific internet pages of the AdWords customer’s website and the cookie is still valid, Google and the customer are able to recognize which ad was clicked by the user as well as the forwarding source page. Every Google AdWords customer gets a unique cookie. Therefore, cookies cannot be traced through the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected by means of the cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. AdWords customers only get to know the total number of visitors, who clicked on the advertisement and were forwarded to a site which includes a conversion tracking tag. However, there is no information included, which could help identify users. If you do not want to participate in the tracking program, you can refuse to accept a cookie. This can be done in the browser setting, where you can disable the automatic acceptance of cookies. If you want to disable conversion tracking cookies, you can also set your browser to block cookies from the “www.googleadservices.com” domain. Google's privacy policy for Conversion Tracking can be found here: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en

Google AdWords Remarketing

We use Google Remarketing tags. These are services of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter referred to as “Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies that are stored on your computer and enable analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a server operated by Google in the USA and stored there. The last three digits of the IP address are then truncated by Google, making unique assignment of the IP address impossible. Google adheres to the data protection provisions of the “EU-US Privacy Shield” agreement. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of this website, compiling reports on website activities for the website operators and providing other services related to website activities and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or if data is processed by third parties on Google’s behalf. Third-party providers, including Google, show ads on websites on the internet. Third-party providers, including Google, use stored cookies to display ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website. Under no circumstances, Google will combine or associate your IP address with other data stored at Google. Data collection and storage can be objected to at any time with effect for the future. You can disable the use of cookies by Google by visiting the page for deactivating Google advertising. However, we point out that you may not be able to make full use of all functions of this website in this case. By using this website, you agree to processing of your personal data by Google in the manner described above and for the aforementioned purpose. Data collection and storage can be objected to at any time with effect for the future. 15)     Google Marketing/Remarketing Services

We use the marketing and remarketing services (in short: “Google Marketing Services”) provided by Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as “Google“).

Google Marketing Services allow us to show ads for and on our website in a more targeted manner, showing users only those ads that are potentially of interest to them. “Remarketing” is a method of recapturing visitors, e. g. by placing advertisements for such products they have already shown interest in on other websites. For this purpose, Google executes a code as soon as a user calls up our or other websites, for which Google Marketing Services have been activated. At the same time, so-called (re)marketing tags are embedded into the website (invisible graphics or codes, also referred to as “web beacons”).  This allows a customised cookie, i.e. a small text file, to be stored on the user's device (comparable technologies may also be used instead of cookies). Cookies can be placed by various domains including google.com, doubleclick.net, invitemedia.com, admeld.com, googlesyndication.com or googleadservices.com. This file contains information about the websites visited by the user, the contents he/she is interested in and the offers he/she clicked on, as well as technical information relating to the browser and operating system, the referrer URL, the visit time and other details regarding the use of the online service. The user's IP address is also logged; please note that with regard to Google Analytics, IP addresses within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area are truncated, and that, only in exceptional cases, a complete IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA before being truncated there. The user's IP address is not combined with the user's data within other Google services. Google may combine the information mentioned above with such information from other sources.

When the user subsequently visits other websites, he/she can be shown ads which are tailored to his/her interests.

The user's data is processed within Google Marketing Services using pseudonyms. This means Google does not store and process the user's name nor the e-mail address, but instead processes the relevant data within pseudonymous user profiles using cookies. This means, from Google's point of view, that the ads are not managed and displayed for a specifically identified person, but for the cookie holder, regardless of who this cookie holder is. This does not apply if a user has expressly permitted Google to process the data without this pseudonymisation.  The information collected by Google Marketing Services regarding users is sent to Google and stored on Google servers in the USA.

One of the Google Marketing Services we use is the online advertising program “Google AdWords”. With Google AdWords, each AdWords customer receives a different “conversion cookie”. However, they do not receive any information that personally identifies users.

We can integrate third-party advertisements based on Google Marketing Services’ “Double Click”. “DoubleClick” uses cookies to enable Google and its partner websites to place ads based on the users' visits to this site or other websites on the internet.

We can include third-party advertisements based on Google Marketing Services’ “AdSense”. “AdSense” uses cookies to enable Google and its partner websites to place ads based on the users' visits to this site or other websites on the internet.

We can also use the “Google Tag Manager” to integrate and manage Google analysis and marketing services on our website.

Additional information about Google's use of data for marketing purposes can be found on this overview page: https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads. For details about Google’s Privacy Statement, please go to https://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

If you wish to object to interest-based advertising by Google Marketing Services, you can use the settings and opt-out options provided by Google: http://www.google.com/ads/preferences.

16)     Facebook Pixel

Conversions measurement with Facebook’s Visitor Action Pixel

Facebook Inc.
1601 S. California Ave,

within our internet presence. This tool allows us to track users’ behaviour after being redirected to the vendor’s website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This is how we can track the effectiveness of Facebook advertising for statistical and market research purposes, and thus allows future advertising measures to be optimized.

The data collected in this way is anonymous for us. Therefore, we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, this data will be stored and processed by Facebook so that it can be connected to the respective user profile and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, according to the Facebook data usage policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). You can enable Facebook, as well as its partners, to turn advertising ads on and off Facebook. For this purpose, a cookie can be stored on your computer.

A consent to the use of the “visitor action pixel” may only be declared by users older than 13 years of age. Younger users need the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
