Trust based working time seems to be a very profitable working model. Being able to work without time bookings makes for a self-determined working day, trusting that the contractually agreed working time will be provided. It is also easy for the employer, as he does not have to introduce any control mechanisms. However, the resulting problems should not be underestimated.
