Supervisors can approve or reject absences or other requests straight from the terminal, or retrieve statistics and evaluations about their staff, including their current absence/presence situation. Display of current service plans with the ability to enter shift swap requests or preferred shifts for the coming period caters for today‘s requirements in respect of „New Work“ and „Work-life balance“.
The feature-rich IT 8210 is complemented by Access Control functions, including „Access-on-Card“ for digital locking systems, and an extensive feature-set for Cost Centre Recording and Production Data Capture.
